Referral placements will be available later in the year when we open

We will ensure that each placement is appropriate and compatible with the home’s current residents and a thorough review of the following will be undertaken:

  • The Young Person’s Care Plan, history and circumstances
  • The needs of the Young Person in accordance with our Statement of Purpose
